All Delivery Timelines indicated on your Order Confirmation page are estimates.

During peak season and for SALE orders, order processing could take up to 30 days, affecting delivery timelines by between 4 to 7 weeks. Order processing completes before your delivery is initiated

Please select the most suitable delivery method before making payment. Once payment is made, your delivery method cannot be changed. Shipping outside South Africa could take up to 90 days.

The only GUARANTEED Delivery Options are your "Same Day Midrand" and "Next Day Midrand" options. Same-Day orders must be placed before 12-noon and collected at 6 pm. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed as Next-Day.

For Fast Midrand Collection, your order will be ready at a selected date in Midrand for collection

You will be informed once your order has shipped and be provided with a tracking number 24-hours after your order has left our warehouse.

Unless otherwise selected, we will use the quickest delivery option depending on your location.

For Postnet, Pep and SA Airlink, you would need to collect your parcels from your closest branch.

For Aramex, Courier Guy, Globeflight and SA Post Office, your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provided.

For ‘free delivery’ orders, we hold the ultimate decision on which service provider to utilize. When the free Delivery Option is unavailable, clients must make a payment to have their orders shipped to them or collect from our Midrand Head Office.

Where delivery is paid for, you may indicate your preferred service provider. Should you not specify a preferred service provider a suitable one will be selected for you.

Our standard delivery charge is R99 across SA, same-day and overnight delivery may carry additional charges.

Orders collected from Wonderpark will attract a Handing Fee of R19.99 - this fee can be reviewed without prior notice.

Regardless of the circumstance (collected orders, cancelled orders, exchanges, returns - etc) delivery fees once paid are STRICTLY non refundable but however can be claimed back in form of a store credit.

An Order Change Fee of R150 will apply should you need to change your selected shipping method. Eg, if you previously selected a "Store Collection" and then wish to change to a Door-To-Door Delivery, you would need to pay a change fee of R150 and then the applicable delivery charge of R100. Payment must be paid via EFT.

Online Order Collections

Orders placed online for instore collections can be collected from our selected branches during the week and on Sundays. Waiting times of up to 45 minutes apply for in-store Online Collections. Online orders cannot be collected in-store on Saturdays.

All Shiiping Methods with the words "Collection" are for Collection at our selected Branches. Once your collection date is published, you have up to 48 hours to collect your order failing which all uncollected orders are transferred back to our Warehouse. An appointment needs to be placed to enable us bring your order back to the store from our Warehouse. If your order remains uncollected after 30 days, your order may be canceled.
